Anticipating the Future Capital Campaign

We appreciate the faithful who have supported these projects! Here are some recent updates:

• The Diocesan-led engineering study came back and our building needs additional structural work estimated at $460,000. This work includes cracks in the façade of the building and repointing of bricks.
• This new work will be done in stages and the most crucial areas are the front and west side (Hall St.) sides of the building.
• The front work is being scheduled and a contract has been awarded for $115,000 and the west side is being considered for next year.
• The heating system handled winter and all upgrades including air conditioning have been put on hold.
• The rectory roof is out for bid and it will likely cost $18,000 to $23,000.
