As we approach the 125th anniversary of our Parish in 2024, we remember the many generations of Catholics who supported this Spirit-filled community of Catholics. Over the years, parishioners have enjoyed each other’s company and gathered to pray together, to celebrate Mass together, and enjoyed Christian feasts together. They also cared for the poor, visited the sick, the lonely and those who mourn. They also welcomed those whose parishes were closed and also immigrants from all over the world.
Now we are one parish and it is our turn to help preserve this Spiritfilled building which has experienced the loss of its magnificent tower. Now it is time to come together to help raise funds for the reparation and renovation of our beautiful church so that we may be more comfortable during our celebrations together.
This will mean a sacrifice of our time, of our talents and of our treasures. Together may we help our children and other generations to realize how much God loves us and wants to bless everyone in our community.
May the risen Lord bless you and your families,
Rev. Msgr. Charles DesRuisseaux
