The Liturgy Committee of St. Anthony Parish meets approximately 4 times a year to plan for the liturgical celebrations throughout the year. The highlight of the liturgical year takes place at the Easter Vigil, the Night of all Nights, the celebration of the Resurrection of the Lord, and special emphasis is placed upon the season of Lent, leading up to Holy Week and Easter. The committee also prayerfully plans the liturgy and environment for Advent, Christmas, Pentecost and all Holy Days, plus the celebrations of the Sundays of the year and all their seasons.
Members of the committee joyfully prepare the gift of a prayer-filled liturgy that the parish community will unwrap as together they celebrate the miracle of the Eucharist.
